iStudio ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile game Icecream Tycoon (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is intended to reflect the technologies currently integrated into the App, including Google AdMob. The App is directed at children. Ads are configured for child-directed / non-personalized treatment. We do not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and do not use Google UMP consent forms for personalized advertising or tracking. We do not require you to create an account using your real name, email address, or phone number to play the App. We do not use Firebase or other cloud account systems in this App.

We do not ask you to enter your real name, postal address, phone number, or payment card details in order to play the App. We do not use the App as a dedicated feature to collect your precise GPS location. The App does not currently include Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or social login.
The App uses third-party advertising services provided by Google (AdMob). Their processing of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See the Google links in section 1.2.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share certain technical and advertising-related information with Google and advertising partners solely to serve and measure non-personalized, child-directed ads. We may also disclose information to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights and users, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable law.
Locally stored data generally remains on your device until you delete the App or clear local app data. Advertising-related technical data is retained under Google’s and partners’ policies. Support emails are retained only as needed to handle your request.
When using Google advertising services, information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Because Google may operate globally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection rules than your country.
The App is directed at children. We design the App so that we do not unnecessarily collect personal information from children, and we operate ads as child-directed and non-personalized. We do not request ATT for tracking or IDFA access, and we do not use UMP personalized-advertising consent forms. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information related to the App. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
