Privacy Policy

iStudio ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile game Last Age : GUNFIRE (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Where required by applicable law, we will request your consent before certain processing activities, especially for personalized advertising.

This Privacy Policy is intended to reflect the technologies currently integrated into the App, including Google Firebase and Google AdMob. It is provided for general informational purposes and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional for compliance in the jurisdictions where your App is distributed.

We may also promote the App using Google Ads. When we run advertising campaigns, Google and its partners may process certain identifiers and event data (for example app install and in-app event signals) to measure conversions and optimize ad delivery, subject to your device settings and consent choices.

User data deletion requests

App: Last Age : GUNFIRE  |  Developer: iStudio

If you want us to delete your Firebase anonymous user (UID) and Cloud Firestore leaderboard and nickname_claims data for this App, follow the steps below. This section is provided for users who arrive here from the Google Play data deletion URL field. It explains what we delete through the in-app request, what is not covered, and typical retention behavior.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Open the Last Age : GUNFIRE app, go to Settings, then tap Delete user data.
  2. When your device email app opens with a pre-filled message (your Firebase anonymous UID and in-game nickname), send the email to complete your request.

If the button is unavailable, you may email us directly at istudio1319@gmail.com using the subject line Last Age : GUNFIRE - User data deletion request and include your Firebase anonymous UID and in-game nickname (you can copy them from Settings > My Info in the App).

Scope of this request: We delete your Firebase Authentication anonymous account (UID) and associated Cloud Firestore leaderboard entries and nickname_claims records where feasible. This flow does not submit deletion requests for Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics, or AdMob / advertising measurement data held in Google’s systems.

What this request covers (deleted where feasible)

After we reasonably verify your request, we intend to take the actions below for the services we control or can instruct on your behalf. Timelines are best-effort unless a stricter deadline applies under applicable law. Nothing in this table limits our right to retain information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or technical reasons.

Data category (as used in this App) Typical action after a verified request May be retained / additional notes
Firebase Authentication (anonymous user / UID) Delete the Firebase Auth user tied to your UID where technically feasible. Google’s infrastructure may retain data for a limited time in backups or logs; see Firebase privacy documentation.
Cloud Firestore — leaderboards (leaderboards/{boardId}/entries/{userId}) Delete leaderboard documents associated with your user ID. Short propagation delay; copies in backups until expired per Google/Firebase practices.
Cloud Firestore — nickname registry (nickname_claims) Remove the nickname claim document associated with your nickname / UID as feasible. Same backup / propagation caveats as other Firestore data.
Google Analytics for Firebase Not deleted through this in-app deletion request. We do not submit separate Analytics deletion requests on your behalf. Event and usage data ages out according to your Analytics property retention settings and Google’s practices. See Google Analytics: Data retention.
Firebase Crashlytics Not deleted through this in-app deletion request. We do not submit separate Crashlytics deletion requests on your behalf. Crash and diagnostic data retention is governed by Google’s Firebase/Crashlytics policies; some diagnostic data may persist for a limited period until rolled off under Google’s schedules.
Google AdMob and advertising / measurement partners Not deleted through the in-app leaderboard deletion email. Reset your advertising ID in device settings to limit future ad personalization. Historical ad and measurement records are retained under Google’s policies. We cannot guarantee removal across Google’s ad systems using only a Firebase UID or nickname. See Google Advertising Technologies.
Google UMP (User Messaging Platform) — on-device consent state Not deleted by us from Google’s servers via this email flow; consent artifacts are primarily stored on your device. Clear app storage, use in-app privacy controls where available, or uninstall the App to remove locally cached consent data.
Local device storage (PlayerPrefs: progress, nickname copy, local IDs, settings, etc.) We do not remotely wipe another person’s phone. You remove local data by uninstalling the App or using the OS “clear storage / clear data” for the App. Excluded from our cloud deletion workflow; still important for a complete local reset.

The pre-filled email includes only your UID and nickname to locate leaderboard and nickname records. We may ask follow-up questions if we cannot match your request. If you cannot access the App, contact istudio1319@gmail.com and include your UID and nickname if you know them.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create a traditional account using your real name, email address, or phone number to play the App. However, the App and its service providers may process certain information, including identifiers and technical data, that may be considered personal data or personal information under applicable law.

1.1 Information stored locally on your device

The App stores some information directly on your device in order to provide gameplay features and save your progress. This may include:

Deleting the App or clearing its local storage usually removes this locally stored information, subject to your device and operating system behavior.

1.2 Firebase Authentication (anonymous authentication)

The App may use Google Firebase Authentication with anonymous sign-in. This means the App may create and use an anonymous account identifier in order to support backend features without requiring traditional login credentials.

We do not currently require email/password login or social login for normal gameplay.

1.3 Cloud Firestore

The App may use Google Cloud Firestore to store certain cloud-based gameplay data, such as leaderboard information.

Feature Examples of data Purpose
Leaderboards Anonymous UID or local ID, nickname, score, ranking-related values, timestamps To display, maintain, and update rankings and competitive game features
Nickname registry Normalized or hashed nickname references, display nickname, owner UID, timestamps To help prevent duplicate nicknames and maintain nickname integrity

Your nickname and leaderboard score may be visible to other players in the App. Please do not choose a nickname that includes your real name or other personally identifying information if you wish to remain anonymous.

1.4 Google Analytics for Firebase

The App may use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how users interact with the App and to improve gameplay, balance, features, and overall user experience. Analytics data may include:

Google’s platform may also collect certain automatically logged or aggregated technical data as described in Firebase/Google documentation; the exact categories can depend on SDK configuration and platform defaults.

1.5 Firebase Crashlytics

The App may use Firebase Crashlytics to detect, diagnose, and fix crashes and stability problems. Crash and diagnostics data may include:

1.6 Advertising, device identifiers, and ad consent (Google AdMob)

The App may display advertisements using Google AdMob and related advertising services. In connection with advertising, Google and its partners may process information such as:

Depending on your location, device settings, and the choices you make, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. We may share relevant information with Google and participating advertising partners to deliver, measure, and improve advertising.

When you start the App (and when required by your region or Google’s policies), we use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to update consent information and, where required, to present a Google-hosted consent / privacy message (for example choices about personalized advertising, age-related requirements, or U.S. state “Do Not Sell or Share” / restricted data processing style options, depending on how your message is configured in the AdMob / Privacy & messaging console).

UMP may store consent outcomes and related technical data on your device and communicate them to Google’s advertising services so that ad requests respect your choices. The exact wording and options come from the message you see, not from a separate custom in-app form built by us for that purpose.

Remarketing and similar-audience expansion: We may use Google advertising products (such as Google Ads and AdMob) to promote the App to new users and, where available and configured, to reach people who previously interacted with the App (often called remarketing or re-engagement). Google’s systems may also use aggregated signals to help find new users who are likely to be interested in the App based on broader advertising signals (sometimes described as similar audiences or lookalike-style expansion). Whether and how these approaches are used depends on campaign configuration, platform availability, and your consent and device settings. We do not upload your email address or phone number to Google for advertising.

On iOS, we may request permission under Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If presented, the ATT prompt asks whether you allow tracking (for example for advertising measurement and personalization). Your choice affects whether the App and advertising partners can access the IDFA and use it for certain advertising purposes.

Where applicable law requires additional mechanisms, we may configure or update UMP messages and related settings in line with Google’s guidance for the EEA, UK, Switzerland, certain U.S. states, and other regions.

The App is not intended to be directed primarily to children under 13 and is not presented as a child-directed app for purposes such as COPPA-style treatment in advertising settings. The App contains combat/shooting content. The recommended minimum age and content descriptors for the App are those shown on the App’s Google Play and Apple App Store listings; if those listings differ from this Policy, the store listings control for age-rating purposes.

1.7 Information we do not intentionally collect directly

We do not ask you to enter your real name, postal address, or phone number in order to play the App. We do not use the App as a dedicated feature to collect your precise GPS location.

2. Legal Bases and Consent

Depending on your jurisdiction, our legal bases for processing may include:

Where consent is required for personalized advertising or similar processing, you may choose whether to provide that consent. In jurisdictions where applicable law provides additional rights, you may also have the right to withdraw consent or exercise privacy choices later.

3. How We Use Information

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services, including services provided by Google. Their processing of data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Relevant resources include:

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging it directly for money. However, we may share certain identifiers, technical data, and advertising-related information with Google and advertising/measurement partners in order to serve ads, measure performance, or support personalized or non-personalized advertising. Under some laws, this kind of sharing may be considered “sharing” or “selling” for privacy law purposes.

We may also disclose information:

6. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, operate game features, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests.

Locally stored data generally remains on your device until you delete the App or clear local app data. Cloud-hosted information, including leaderboard-related records, may remain on our or our service providers’ systems until it is deleted, de-identified, no longer needed, or removed in accordance with our operational practices and legal obligations.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence. Because Google and other service providers may operate globally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data protection rules than your country. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards may be used.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 and is not marketed as a child-directed service. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided information in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action.

Recommended minimum age and content guidance for the App follow the Google Play and Apple App Store age ratings and descriptors for Last Age : GUNFIRE. Parents and guardians should supervise use by minors where appropriate.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent, subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.

Because the App may rely on anonymous identifiers rather than direct account registration, we may ask for information reasonably necessary to identify your records, such as your nickname, approximate dates of use, leaderboard details, or other non-public information that helps us verify your request.

10. User Data Deletion Requests

For the step-by-step process, the table of data types deleted or retained, and retention notes, see User data deletion requests (near the top of this policy). We will take reasonable steps to review your request and, where applicable and feasible, delete your Firebase anonymous UID and Firestore leaderboard and nickname_claims data we control. We do not submit Analytics or Crashlytics deletion requests through this flow. You may also contact us at istudio1319@gmail.com if you cannot use the in-app flow.

11. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information related to the App. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the App, through the app store listing, or by updating this page. Your continued use of the App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective may be treated as acceptance of the updated policy where permitted by law.

13. Contact Us
